Ocean Vista Boutique Guest House is a rare find, offering sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, warm hospitality and the best in location, style and comfort.
Our tranquil environment calls for enjoying your stay the way that suits you - relaxing in a luxurious setting, letting your body clock re-set to Durban time, staying in for an online business meeting, sunbathing on our rooftop or pool deck, or being active and enjoying the various venues and attractions in Umhlanga and around Durban.
The guest house is located a short drive from the Umhlanga Village and main beach and La Lucia Ridge and Umhlanga Ridge business parks and conveniently close to 3 main roads connecting you to King Shaka airport, CBD, ICC, sport stadiums, upmarket shopping centres and many excellent restaurants. Whether visiting for business or leisure, our professional and friendly team will endeavour to make every stay very enjoyable.
The concierge desk operated by the host brings years of local knowledge and the team speaks 4 languages: English, Serbo-Croatian, Zulu and Khosa and is passionate about Durban and South Africa. Lunch or dinner can be enjoyed at many places close to the guest house and we are always happy to guide you about where to dine and shop and what to see.
We regret no children under the age of 12. Due to nature of the property, Ocean Vista is unfortunately not suitable for physically challenged guests.

Ocean Vista Boutique Guest House boasts contemporary architecture and elegant interior, with a magnificent top floor communal area and 7 guest rooms, designed for panoramic views, serenity and comfort and setting the bar for beautiful simplicity. Accommodating 14 guests at the most ensures an intimate and exclusive stay.
